Lean Six Sigma will focus on the convergence of the value-emphasis usually attributed to Lean Enterprise and the quality-emphasis usually attributed to Six Simga. In addition to general theory, there will be a focus on case-studies; the risks, and an analysis of the successes and failures. The seminar will be immediately followed by an afternoon at the Saratoga Race Course. This is an annual event for XONITEK and is consistently well received.
