9am – 12pm:  Value Proposition of Individual Offerings  What is the value proposition of the services that each participant provides?  Each participant will have 15 minutes of free presentation time to present on their respective “value.” No demos please, big picture value discussions only.

 
12pm:  Lunch
 
1pm – 5pm:  Value Proposition of Offerings, Collectively
How can we work together to enhance the value of our individula offerings to create a high net worth value collectively?  How can we work together to increase efficiency and profitability?  What do we need to do to better allign our offerings with the needs of our customers?  And much more.
 
6pm:  Dinner Reception, Downtown Albany
